Nice to see vega strike is still going! I made a some small contributions a few years back but I've been out of the loop for a while. I had a feeling the whole project might have ground to a halt, but it looks like things are picking up again.
When I started my own space sim attempt I thought about using VS engine but decided to fork Pioneer instead, and try to get more privateer/original elite style gameplay into it, but it's great to see VS getting back on track. I might have to download the latest release and see if any of my ships are still knocking about!

Re: Hi all
Should be, I doubt any artwork has been replaced since you left. If you have any of the original master files though we could always use them to try and create higher poly models or as a template to recreate them as higher poly models
