anyone know someone with a funny name? My spanish teacher's name is Mrs. Schlecht (Schlect means "bad" or "horrible" in german) Her name fits her character too!

My mom, who's a nurse, knows a Dr. Butt (I'm serious) problem is, he's a pediatrist and not a proctologist :P

I know a young lady named Ms. Fick... which I'm told means 'fsck' in German. I bet she'd make a good *nix sysadmin.

I know a Schwinghammer, too.

That's all I can think of.

Knew of a relief teacher called Mr Condon. Wouldn't tell his students his name, but they found out anyway.

This isn't really a 'name' but i've seen many licence plates with 'WTF' on them.
edit: And these are real plates, not any custom ones.

There was a guy who worked at the gold mine near my town here (back in the 190xs) named Catsy Prance. One of my friends saw his old pay stub in the museum or something. I bet he got beat up in school a lot.

Oh! Oh! Some marketing guy for some company with some overpriced product (which we're buying I guess, blah) came by my place of work yesterday.

His name was Skye Ham. I kid you not.

OK, here is my take.

One of sister's teachers in highschool was Miss Tsibuki a term meaning "blowjob"! It was spelled diffently of course (we have more than one vowels sounding like -i- in "it"), but sounded exactly the same.

This message was to also contain the greek spellings, but it seems this board cann't do Unicode... :(

Have a couple pretty good ones, actually...

I went to highschool with a guy named Ian Dick... his dad's name was Harry.

The worst I ever saw I was working for a call in center for a bank. No word of a lie, the guy next to me got a call from a guy named Dick Eater. Poor guy.

in italy we have tons of that names since quite everything in italian can have an assonance with something funny or with sex matters.

here are some i personally know:

Uccello Santo (trad.: holy cock)

Troia Felice (trad.: happy whore - btw, Felice is a male name )

Corridore Valentino (trad.: slowgoing racedriver)

Maria Regina dell'Amore (trad.: Mary Queen of Love)

and some other of (in)famous reputations that popolate our jokes and maybe are only legends (or maybe not):

Culetto Rosa (trad.: little pink ass)

Melalavo Domenica (trad.: I wash it myself on sunday)

Guido la Vespa (trad.: I drive the Vespa - the famous scooter)

But with "brute force and ignorance"(Rory Gallager) it is turned from apple (Plonka) to

I read about a guy who lives in a street called "In der Liese", which means "Inside of Lisa". Not too funny for itself, but the guy is selling condoms  .

I saw a tv show about funny names. There was a person called "Rosa Schluepfer", which means "purple panties".

It's not only names for guys which are funny, but also for companies. So if you can not afford Tupperware for your kitchen, go get plastic boxes manufactured by Rubbermaid.
