they do not notice anything about the license. More funny, if you go to contacts you will see a yahoo adress. And they don't distribute source code

Well, for the GPL stuff they don't have to distribute source code ... unless you've bought their product, in which case they have to provide it (to you, if you request it) at cost (or less) :-)

I can see why people might think of it as leaching, but it's perfectly acceptable according to the license .... if you don't want people doing stuff like that, use a license that prohibits it.

that is correct. If they do not distribute the binaries with the sources, you are forced to make them available if the user asks for them. And not to everybody. And you do not have to put them up for download.

Even if its legal, it still reeks of cheapness. Even worse is that they try to pass the products off as ones that they made themselves.

I like how they are careful to acknowledge the trademarks of their competitors at the bottom of each page, but go to great lengths to avoid mentioning the real name of the program they are redistributing for fear that their prospective customers will realize they can get the exact same software for free on sourceforge.net.
