A new schema for weapon damage

I rather the thing being damaged control how the energy from the weapon is distributed, you want the weapon to have a say. That's the core of the argument.
Sorry, I don't see this last message and have put a long one just before. I was trying to say the same thing. Let's work towards an implementation.
