could the escorts be any stupider, if you go into a warp point, why don't they follow you. if i were an escort and my escortee just jumped, and i was 2 parsecs away, i would haul ass over to that jump point and jump too, following my escortee. it would not be that hard, i have ejected, jumped, jumped back, and had my derilect ship still floating in the jump point(i put a jump drive on my ejection seat ) there is no reason the escorts could jump too with a little delay depending on how far away they are from the jump point you jumped too.
