Date not displaying correctly

All my PM's are dated 2014 - Mar - 31 - 20:21, today is Mar 6. O.o
Is anyone else having this problem?

In my case , the dates are correct .

Ah it was a setting for the PHP date in my user control panel that got typo'ed. It was a t instead of a j, they look alike.
