Step-by-step compiling on Windows

Well, I'm not sure how I should go about compiling the SVN for Windows, so I have few questions:

1. Do I need to use Tortise, or can I compile without it?

2. Can I use 0.4.3's file structure, should I empty it first or just replace the music and data4.x files?

Fist off there is no need for you to compile the windows SVN version just install Tortise SVN and connect to the SVN sever and down load the data4.x module and the music merge the music folder into the data4.x tree look in the bin folder and every thing to run VS is there put some short-cuts up and go.Every few days right-click on the head of data4.x and SVN update to check for changes and download them

that"s all you have to do really you can run the game right there i prefer to have a separate playing copy myself(lots of free HD space

) so just follow the wiki instructions and if you have problems just post in the help section won't be the first time i've walked someone thru this

Visual Studio Express 2005 is hardly the cmd line but it is tricky to set up all the dependacies

and VSE itself is fun to confige
