No .config file and no vslauncher

hi , i 'm a new GNU/Linux user , and i have problems to launch vegastrike ,
i installed it from an RPM for Mandriva , it get installed without any problem , but now i can't launch the game i tryed : vslauncher , vegastrike --setup ...... nothing
and when i run "vegastrike" i have

spy_k try vegastrike.sh --setup that should create a config file and .vegastrike dir in your home dir the launcher is not needed to run the game just vegastrike.sh i usualy add a shortcut on my desktop for both. if that does not work you may need to download the loki intsaller version from the front page. hope this is useful if not please post agian.
