RUMOR: deb9.3-vs5.1.rc1.compile and run

I don't want to get anyones hop up too much but I have compiled a runnable vegastrike and vssetup

note python 2.7 needed
also disable ffmpeg and ogre
with CMakefiles.txt patch use ccmake and select internal boost and verify all python paths are to ver 2.7
I am not satisfied with my progress but wanted to share my success
I have not created a patch but have diff files
note: I removed old makefiles also
