Compiling 0.4.1 on linux-sparc

strange: is this CVS or the release
in CVS no such problem exists

try pasting the DONTUSE function into a place that isn't #ifdef'd out

It's release. Everything is written in this log. It seems that it is general big endian machines problem. It failed on ppc too.

I'll try to do something after the weekend. Unfortunately I don't have direct access to these machines, they are builders only. Have you tried to build 0.4.1 on these archs?
