you need minimalistB or minimalistD data


Adding Warp Trails to Vega Strike

in graphics section of the config the following variables need adjusting:


warp_trail_stretch (the default is 300 )
warp_trail (the default is true if it finds the neutral_warp.xmesh)
warp_trail_time (how long the warp trail takes to fade out since it must have an animated mesh texture)


the generic warp mesh is:

meshes/neutral_warp.xmesh

then you can make faction specific warp meshes:

meshes/confed_warp.xmesh


and so forth :-)

they should be 2x2x1 unit I think... but htey will stretch out to the destination the unit should go from -1 to 1 in the x, and y axis, but the z axis of the unit should go from 0 to 1
