Rough draft? Not bad. Has a bit of an anime look from Robotech.

Nice looking fighter, the air scoops draw attention after a while so seems it would probably be frequently used in a atmosphere. It looks human made with many of its components near the surface for easy maintenance. I'm wondering what faction of humans it looks like most. I'm thinking some law enforcement or law abiding force that often have ships maintenanced in shops and swap parts. Then again I don't really know.

well in-surface the air intakes are used for refrigeration same as in space as radiators so, since engines here work with a generator i think is suitable

Actually, radiators for refrigeration in space would look more like wings, since you want them to have the highest surface area that is practicable.

Wings make sense too if they manage to touch something to pass the heat to or have some other technique to lower temperature like converting it directly to electromagnetic waves. There are 1 to 5 atoms per cubic meter in interstellar down to local space. Fancy radiators sounds good to me. So in the insulation of space they could collect and then radiate extremely heated plasma particles to remove heat from the ship. Ha ha, in truth it probably doesn't matter what they do if they look cool. If they make someone think they probably do their job. There are so many factions and species in this game, the variety is great.

Edit: Fixed some inaccurate details and added some too.

I also like how the pilot sits way way up at the front, away from the engines. It's almost as if these ships where expected to be frequently in situations where the ship may be destroyed from behind, and they want to ensure the pilot survives a late eject. This way the pilots can be reliably rescued by their backup and put back into service. That is another reason I think law enforcement, military, or some other tight organization who care about getting their pilots back when things frequently go baddy. The ships could be in constant maintenance easy to overhaul and frequently in active service. It could also preform higher than normal in an atmosphere where it can make use of additional jet engines for more thrust to push through the thicker atmosphere at higher speeds. I think this could be a decent back story for this ship. I like the model I hope you finish it.

Edit: Aside from my presumptuous comments on abysswolfs work I have learned having a large surface area is currently the best way to radiate heat like clause said. The space shuttle deployed a foil to radiate away heat from the launch in the form of electromagnetic waves. :Edit
