Transporter... thingie
I haven't modelled stuff in a while... so I modelled a transporter... kind of. I initially wanted to make a copy of the Argon Buster but then things got wrong and this abomination was made It's just a test model I plan to integrate into VS and play around with.
Not quite finished yet ;o

It might fit in with the Uln as they seem to have an underdeveloped scene of ascetics

nono... 'to transport' is the verb, 'transporter' is the person or vessel. Don't worry, I know Latin ;P (derived from transportare -> transporter, -is, I don't care what gender it is.)
I don't like the Star Trek universe though, sorry There's just no way I'd do that. (You can abuse it though when I feel like to release the model)
I'll actually have more problems unwrapping this... thing.. rather than figuring out where it might fit in ^^

well, in general sci-fi terminology for ships, a ship that transports freight is usually called a transport or a freighter rather than a transporter (even though that would be technically correct from a linguistics standpoint). Actually, that terminology is often used in the real world too.
If only I could stop and ask for directions...

Uln Transporter... thingie
There seems to be no official fleet transporter required anymore for the Uln. Their workhorse is the Yeoman. However, according to one of jackS' statements, there is always a need for different type of craft in private hands as long as the style matches the faction, which seems to be the case here.

Yeah, for small, private craft, we're not going to be too picky, but it's also probably not going to be something that players will actually fly - Uln, Forsaken, something made by one and sold to the other -- any of those would seem to work here. Let me know more about what you'd like to do with it and maybe something more definite will come to mind.

[19:01] <Erlange> I know it's just guidelines, but
[19:01] <Erlange> I would, at this juncture, like to mention that it looks like an acid trip

Both, but I started with a stupid method, then switched to another which was successful No problems with the UV, but now I have to texture it... :Sloki1950 wrote:Tricky unwrap or just inexperience if the later chuck should be able to offer some help.51th increment
