A new Sickle model?

Post by Momaw »

Was eyeballing the ship the other day. Nice idea, but the model looks fairly old. Would something along these lines be acceptable do you think?

278 triangles at this point. I didn't know what the budget was, so I went conservative.

Anything up to a few thousand is fine but don't forget LODs of which maybe your 278 tri version would be good for.

Looks good so far. Keep us posted! Definitely think this model could do with an overhaul so I can see this getting in game when it's finished although that's not my choice to make.

Cool 8) Feels less sleek than the current model and more substantial. Which I think is a good thing. Keep it up

I like it !! good shape good remake it's look like basics fighter

i think 300 vertices is good for this fighter
because the style is old and "communist style"
is not a modern fighter and is fine

i will wait textured version
but BRAVO !!! it s good to see people want make a 3D ship

More detail! Don't be shy! And don't forget to texture it with shininess textures and Specularity and all that sweet goodness.

Nice shape.
