What do you mean about that?

Musics are in ogg format. If you want to convert mp3 to ogg, there is a prog called mp32ogg running under linux.

Moreover, musics seem to be choosen randomly, depending of the ambiance (battle or exploration).

Hope that this helps... :)

Yeah, more music would be greeat! I've got a few (stale) tracks in-game right now. It would be great if they could get some (more) high quality company!

If you want to talk Vega Strike music, feel free to instant message or email me.

Multiple Kudos to the composer(s) responsible for the music in Vs. My spouse & 14 year old daughter both really like many of the tracks. In fact they wanted to know if there are longer versions of these available for listening outside of the game.

I enjoy them very much too and would probably like them more if they didn't repeat quite so frequently :D !

Thanks again,

Jim

I've created some music as well. They're more techno style, but some of the songs may be appropriate for Vega Strike. Sort of space-ish songs.
I could send a song or two. :) (I thought I'd ask first rather than clog someone's mailbox, it's been a bit since the posts about emailing)

the fans of this game really love cinematic style music, in the spirit of Joel Goldsmith or james Horner or even John WIlliams

Declaimer: all music is the property of the respective authors (and the site) but I don't think they wont allow us to use something if appropriate; at least, the stuff is already given away
