Finally, I can buy Centurion in Achilles mining base, Troy System but where is my Tarsus? Can I switch ships as like as in Vega Strike 0.4.3 game ?

AFAIK, no... the dealer makes a swap, gives you a few bucks for your current ship and a new ship instead.

Unless you bought the ship from the computer interface...
