So much for progress.

It was a typical starting game. Having a few trading runs with Serenity until a merchand gives me a 20k reward for a cargo mission. This sounded like the least resistance path to getting a real ship , so I went along with it and immediately took another , similarly lucrative mission upon delivering that cargo. With each new mission though , my llama grew increasingly hard to steer because of heavier cargo - and there were more jumps to take as well. But this didn't deter me from doing a bit of trading on the side.
Knowing my luck , I expected an area fleet to show up on the destination jump point. Nope , everything's clear... but I have to dock with a Mule. Uh oh.
After 5 minutes of cycling through ships , I finally find it and autopilot towards it. The ship is still moving , not too fast thankfully , needing a little bit of course adjusting. Ok , I finally got a decent amount of money , but can't save here... who knows what might happen if the universe reloads. So , hoping for the best and undocking...
Empty space in front of me. Maybe I was launched clear off that ship ! Or was I ? I turn around to look for the mule , foolishly thinking I had travelled enough distance.
*Bonk*
Alright , mule gets angry. Very angry even , getting my shields down on one side... but I can shrug it off. Just fly a few km away to avoid trouble. Time to land on that planet below... what's that , 3 shaper interceptors tailing me ? Run !
Shots crush sides of my armor in moments , as I try some evasive manoeuvers. Building up some speed , hoping they let me go... I turn around to see if they're still chasing close , and the 3 interceptors crash into me one after another.
What kind of paper ships are those ?
Local communications erupt into angry chatter , as I spec towards the planet with every subsystem in critical condition. Finally docked !
I check the faction standings , negative to all confed factions as I apparently killed 3 shapers , all without having fired a single shot in this game. So much for those 3 hours of playing.
