I have 9 tracks that I think you guys might like

the good parts:
I can make more if you guys want.
I have more than 9 but they are on other computers in other states but I can still get them from here.

the bad parts:
the only way I have to give you my music is by E-mail and songs are like 30 MB (your E-mail will probably block it)
My spelling is bad

the good news, I have a way to send it to you.

the bad news (its not really bad news I just need a bad news to balance the good-news-bad-news scenario:|)

it wont be coming via Gmail but rather E-mail, so I need your address

EDIT: ok, this is sort-of bad news, I can only send 7 due to my stupidity, I left to of my 9 tracks on another computer somwhere in new jersy, I can have them to you soon, but not now.

You can send the email from wherever you want - it's e-mail, it will get there.
And AIF - no problem.

gmail is just another domain hosted by Google that's all should be no problem as gmail has no storage limits on there email accounts which is why they are so popular with tech types.

Enjoy the Choice :)

yes thats good, but I cant send my music files via Gmail, they have to be sent via whale mail, and whale mail has to go to an E-amil account, thus I need klauss's E-mail address.

gmail is just another EMAIL domain, that happens to be owned by Google. You are not being asked to send it through gmail, but *to* an email account in the gmail domain.

Klauss' email address is listed earlier in this thread, as discussed above. It is expressed in words, so that spammers will have a harder time trolling for it. In my opinion, more spam is much too high a price to pay for good audio files, so please just go back & read it and don't ask to have it restated in a format that will be abused by others.

oh...

sorry, I'm not so good with the tech stuff

Just put my username first (klaussfreire), gmail's domain last (gmail.com) and stitch them together with an at sign (@) - there you have my email address. I have to spell it out this elliptically to avoid bots mining it, but you should be able to figure it out.

Just to be sure: if the music is used in-game you agree to it being licensed under the GPL (as everything in the game is) correct?

Refer to: http://vegastrike.sourceforge.net/forum ... php?t=8502

Look for www2's reply to starfortress2 (you) on Apr 16 (2 days ago) for the policy on music licensing.

I believe it will be fine if you use the music in your project... I believe it is dual licensed GPL/CC (If it's legal to use on our GPL'ed project, it will be legal to use it in yours too).

You might want to give the artists credit, and maybe say that it came from Vega Strike.

You should still give Ken Suguro an e-mail anyway...
