You greedy lazy ones! So you expected to find a new voice already done here? NYAH :P
Since we're fixing the typos in the xml, as of revision 12521 the file forsaken_citizen.xml contains a typo I had mentioned in another thread, here's the fixed one:

As for the voice, volunteers welcome, I have no current plans on this.

As Jenek would say, "Thanks for helping with that." I agree that we need some new, different voices for the remaining human factions.

There are two speeds in combat: stopped, and as fast as you can go. Unless you run into something, going fast keeps you alive more often than stopping.
