Updating windows files

Post by pheonixstorm »

So far OpenAL and SDL are done. Need some testers to make sure it works. No problems on my end but need more feedback. Any bugs post here.

Get the updated binary and dlls from http://vegastrike.svn.sourceforge.net/v ... win32/bin/ Click on the Download GNU tarball link unless you want to check out my branch via svn -

Code: Select all

*NOTE*
  • Nvidia drivers 256+ are broken in regards to vertex and fragment shader support. If you go higher than simplest shaders you will get some ugly graphics.
ATI users, please report how it does on simple shader and higher.
VC Runtimes: Make sure you have the latest VC2008 runtimes installed (VS2008 SP1). The redist is in the win32/bin folder

Nearly done with the VC9 solution/project rewrite. Only thing left is to get vegastrike to compile and run. Setup, Server, and Mesher are finished and working.
