Reputation and Turret AI
Hi
I just started "flying around" here and ingame -for now i got only 2 Questions...
For killing too many militias my reputation is at -100 and i would like to know what i have to kill to make them friends again or perhaps there is another way?
Second and more important - why is my Turret not working?? pressing Ctrl-T as described in the manual to activate does not work
so far for now hope u can help me, Sai
edit: ups - wrong place perhaps, sry

If you're playing PR or PU, killing retros and pirates restores your militia reputation.
I believe that Ctrl-T powers-up the turrets, that but you still have to press Ctrl-W to tell them to fire at will.
If indeed you're in the wrong forum, then I can't help you since I don't know which mod you're playing. For Vegastrike I don't know the factions well; but there are pirates and luddites there you can kill.

yes i play PR - i meant i missed the "help" threads....
nevermind (i hope), thx for answer, but the ctrl-T or Ctrl-W ... does not functioning - i only can go myself into the turret with F1-Ctrl
so theres no autoaim it seems to me, although it is described with the already mentioned Bindings in the manual ... oO
Could this be a bug that has to be patched? or perhaps im too blind...
if here noone knows i have to play without turret, would be senseless in my opinion to give up the "maneuvering" for shooting with the turret, so... hope someone understands me
greetz, Sai
editagain: got no mod up to now - btw.: this could be the prob??

(perhaps i should try a little longer before i question you guys oO)
and in the matter of which version im pretty sure now its the Remake cause of the "Splash-screen", i guess thats the starting Scrreen

Actually, Gemini Gold and Privateer Remake have the same number of systems and bases, and the next PU will have two more landable locations (hehe), with probably more to come. WCU has a whole map about 8 times larger than any other version, but yet no real gameplay behind it. There were many talks about implementing that map, but we rather go for filling the current map with more life before implementing new systems.
