I finished the anti commies campaign but the only thing i get is some money, I also went to tingerhoff, flyed for destinee,ended her mission but nothing.

how can i get the other side campaign missions?

Starting a new game is your only option unless you have a backup save which is before one of the path branches.

Yup, some branches end up in hardly any advantage for the player.
