Guilds in Mining bases

In the mining bases such as the two in the Troy system, the Mercenaries Guild does not show up in the base. I did not know if this was done on purpose or was an error. This occurs in all mining bases not just those with both guilds. All other concourses show both guilds fine.

Depending on which bases you visit, different services will be available. Some bases don't have ship dealers. Guild availability also varies from base to base.

The only two services that are on every base are the missioncomputer and the bar... I do wonder wyh the bar...

Actually, I wonder too, since I have seen at least two bars that never get fixers.

By the way, what in the bloody hell is a ship dealer and mercenaries guild doing on a merchie Drayman?
