Collision after Jump

I started the Righteous Fire Campain and since i killed menesch i crash into an invisible object every time i jump. Shields gets damaged but there is no other ship at the jumppoint i could have crashed in.
Is there a way to solve this?

There was another post on this, can't remmeber what is was called...
I can't rememer if the reason for it ws discovered. Just go with it as best you can. My experience is it eventually goes away.

It really goes away? My experience is it happens more and more often.

Strangely it only happens to my Centurion though.

yea, try reloading from before it happened. i did that (i had to, i died from this weird jump damage thing) and it was all good.

failing that try replacing your jump drive or something, it might not do anything but at least you're trying

Dukes right. I got killed before it left me alone too. Try reloading. If it doesn't work, die and reload

it's caused from a shot having damaged your jump drive

you may be able to fix it by selling and rebuying the j-drive

there's *always* a damage chance when you jump while moving at nonzero speed, even if it's undamaged--remember the book fleet action--where they took an awful risk jumping at full AB
