How can I identify merchant ships, you can trade with, in units.csv?

I'm in the process of adding them to VSTrade, but, I'm unsure how to identify them properly...

Any help would be appreciated...

if a ship has
A) a docking port specified
B) a non-empty cargo_import field

then you can dock with said vessel and purchase the goods present. If it has a docking port but no cargo import field (I don't think there are any as such, but it's certainly a valid state) then you can sell, but they'll have nothing of their own for sale.
