seemas to be a bug with the respawn.

ok the manual says the respawn loads up the last save game. and essentially it does except while it reloads your missions ammo and stuff it also happens to keep any hostile setings you may have had when you died. so ships that were hostile to you when you died are still hostile and damaged when you respawn also you respawn with damaged armor.

i am using the .5 beta version
