There appears to be a bug with the SVN Heavy Ion Beam. In the purchase screen no stats are given and buying it merely takes your money without giving anything.

Thanks for finding this and posting the screenshot. That helped.

It stood out in the CSV as the only one using underscores: Heavy_Ion_Beam instead of HeavyIonBeam.

Anyway, this is fixed in SVN 11175
