Upgrades not installed

I purchased the multiple thrust enhancer and the turn enhancer and, though the money was deducted from my account, neither showed up in my engine_enhance_medium list along with my afterburner. I'm reporting this as a bug because I assume, perhaps incorrectly, that these should be listed, and I want to know that I actually got something for my $92k.
