v0.8.0: Multiple issues with turrets

1) On most ships with turrets, the turrets will not appear under ImprovmentsToSell/Weapons

On franklin, you can buy a "capship turret heavy" and place it over an existing franklin turret, which replaces the latter in ship stats.

2) The existing franklinpd turret seems to dissappear (you cannot buy it back).

3) You get two turrets under mounts "Capship turret heavy" and "Heavy turret". This happens also if you purchase heavy turret. Both seem to be the same in ship stats.

4) you can sell heavy_blank infinetely and get 300000 credits each time.

5) Despite the description "If your vessel can mount this, this can mount whatever you want." and the CAPSHIP-LIGHT mount ratings, you cannot actually mount anything else there. I can find no user interface for manipulating these mounts.

Could you file these issues on our GitHub as I am the only one of the team that checks the forum and I am not a coder though I have been here for 15 years. One of our coders is currently rewriting the unit code so I expect lots of problems. Most of the issues you have found have their origin in the conversion from Python 2.7 to 3.x that we now use.

I cannot, GitHub is not open source. I can open issues on an open source forge if the team is willing to migrate or maintain such a separate repo. I can stop posting issues here/altogether if that bothers the team/you.
