v0.8.0 Clydesdale issues

1) A lot of turrets have CAPSHIP-LIGHT designation, but mount SPECIAL, CAPSHIP-HEAVY and MEDIUM weapons.

2) Shield recharge is very low for vessel of this size (over two minutes to recharge from 0)

3) Only main mounts are 4 medium missile ones?!
