Issue1: tractorability mount enhancement can be put on any mount, not just one marked LIGHT
Issue2: When this is done, the old weapon is still shown in ship description under "My Fleet". But Info-Ship Stats and weapons to sell mount selector clearly show tractors mounted. And, they can be fired.
