Cargo Missions From Bar Characters Not Correct Starting Loc

I noticed that if you accept a cargo mission from a bar character, and then launch, the first mission object does not lead you to the correct first wormhole/jump point, as if you were suppose to start in some other system.
This is in version 0.5.1r1.
Cargo missions from the Mission Computer works correctly though.
