Background render errors

Whenever I launch, the background shows as completely white with any of the shader settings (except for no shader - then it just shows solid black), even with just onboard shader. However, when moved on a usb drive, the backgrounds render correctly with medium shaders or lower.

Setup.exe settings are
1gb ram + 1gb swap, moderate gameplay, all sound, high volume, medium detail geometry, 1024 textures, factiontextures off, onboard shader, 1024 x 640 res, 32 bit color windowed, mouse warp, no joystick, acceleratedvisual on, and autodock off.

Computer is running windows vista 32 bit. Graphics card is Intel GMA mobile.
RAM 3gb
CPU intel pentium dual core

EDIT: The background problem is fixed, but the shaders problem still persists - most meshes with an emission/specular/alpha map doesn't texture correctly and shows as just a textureless mesh.

A notable exception is the llama - it renders normally.

Settings now are: 1gb ram and swap, moderate gameplay, all sound, high volume, very high detail geometry, unlimited textures, factiontextures on, average shader, 1024 x 640 res, 16 bit color windowed, no mouse, no joystick, accelerated visual on, and autodocker off.

Stderr and Stdout are the ones above - i have updated.

I am running latest svn version.

I think we should say the common sentence: "plz update your graphics drivers".

You need proper OpenGL drivers. Check that out.

w03 anything new on this problem? Be nice to know if you are still having issues or if you did update your drivers and that fixed it.
