Milspec Loadout Dissappears
I have noticed in the svn version that when I purchase a milspec ship (that doesn't have a milspec package ... i.e. non confed milspec) for instance Highborn Gawain or Purist Admonisher when I save the game and later load it .. or if I purchase an upgrade and sell it (i.e. better armor or cargo upgrade .. etc) that the predesignated specifications go away and it is now a stock vessel with no upgrades (other than the ones i purchased myself) .. i.e. no capacitors, no spec capacitors, no shields, no reactors, no sensors ... etc. And where it may have had 20 cubic meters of upgrade space .. it is now the full upgrade space available for the stock version of the vessel.

That is not how it should work but mil-spec packages are a bit of a hack IIRC so weird things happen and as i have mentioned before the whole upgrade system needs a rewrite.

Re: Milspec Loadout Dissappears
I don't know how the milspec vessels work other than the confed ones which have a specific milspec package but when I purchase one of these non-confed milspec vessels they show no upgrades. If the upgrades which made them what they are were specifically elaborated like the basic initial upgrades in the stock vessels they might not dissappear.
