I am using VS from SVN on WinXP SP2.
I updated my ~5 days old SVN today. I say that pyramid did some modifications on the tutorial so I started a new campain and launched.
I did nothing and oswald wasn't targeted. After ~5 seconds I got this messages.
It is reproducable.
If I load a savegame there is no error.

Re: [Bug] Runtime Error in current SVN
If you load a savegame, it will not invoke the tutorial again, and therefore not get into trying to use a new python function that was implemented to play sound in the cockpit. Still today, when at home, I'll commit a fix for that which will not require a new compiled binary, but will not play all the sounds correctly either, especially those during the SPEC tutorial will diappear frequently.

What is about the binary in the SVN? When will this be recompiled?

Most likely not for a while yet only a few of the devs have the proper set up to even do a windows build.
