Avenger.blank cant mount any radar

I just bought an avenger.blank at terran hq and found that I cannot mount any radar on it. All radar sets are redded out, I have plenty of money to buy them. I know I havent added a radar set yet, because the radar info matches the data for an unmoded avenger.blank. This makes the ship rather hard to use, to say the least. I am using the cvs from yesterday afternoon, and i did add afew extra 9s to number of credits in the save game files to buy the ship.

ya we have to commit a new vegastrike.config

try adding this to vegastrike.config

<var name="use_upgrade_template_maxrange" value="false"/>
in the physics section ( make sure it's not in a commented out section)(
