Hi everyone,
I've compiled the latest svn version of Vegastrike(Rev 12354) today and I've just been playing it tonight.
I was doing a clean-sweep mission in Odziley, and I was going to repair my armor at the last planet I was scanning.I was trying to dock with the planet by repeatingly pressing the "d" key when I got to the green octagonal docking ring, but I couldn't land! and the game just locked up!
I've attached a game error.txt with this post from the output from konsole as much as I could(I didn't do a complete 2&1,as I thought there wasn't nothing wrong)
Regards,
STEVE555

Thx for the report i see a few trace backs but they look to be before your lock up so not sure what is happening.

How often have you had this problem?
Sorry, as loki said your output did not have any specific reason for the crash.
If it is a recurring issue It would be nice to run it inside of gdb.
Make sure you are not in Fullscreen--it will hang your while X server (run "vssetup" to change away from fullscreen)

$ gdb vegastrike
GDB version 4.2 ...
...
(gdb) run
Vega Strike version 0.5
... play normally until it crashes ...
program received signal SIGSEGV, Segfault
Some function name
(gdb) backtrace full
... You get a lot of output that you should post ...
