speedy animations=divide by 0
I was playin around w/ animations and when I set a modified version of the gun.ani animation at ".4," VS barfed while loading and I got a divide by 0 error from windoze. I got the stdout and stderr if ya need e'm

What number do you mean when you say `too high'? Maybe I can try it myself ang see if it gets a backtrace.
Also, does it happen with high numbers in EVERY animation, or only one of the animations. If so, e-mail me that animation.

there are a few numbers in there--perhaps you set th enumber of FRAMES to .4 and that rounded down to 0
could that be?
maybe instead the time could be lowered...
send the .ani file and izp up the pix so we can have a look
