Can't quit with mapped keys

If you remap the 'q' key, you can no longer quit the game without ctrl+alt+delete.. In my opinion, key mapping shouldn't affect "press Q to quit".

It is possible that the "q" was hard coded into the C++ that might explain the behavior but not why it was done that way.

It is a hack... there isn't a real good reason it is done that way.

Basically the quit key after hitting "escape" will be the key for panning up on the F6 view camera.
