[SVN 11940] Player can eject from an ejection pod

If your ship is destroyed under the right circumstances, you'll be left in an ejection pod (even if you don't eject). That's (probably) normal.

However, if that ejection pod is destroyed in the same way... You'll be left in an ejection pod again. That is most certainly not normal.

(To reproduce this, it's probably best to start a new game, fly your Llama within weapons range of the local fighter barracks, and insult them. They can blow you to pieces with their disruptor beams again and again, and you won't die, even if you've already ejected.)

that's a feature, see by 3000ad, ejection pods are living organisms and they give birth during explosions. yea...

I think ejection pods should not be recursive. can you add a check whether or weather :?: ) the players current ship is a life pod. you might want to add a missile too b/c under the right circumstances if your flying a missile this might happen too 8)
