hi all. I'm new to vegastrike but traded my way up to a couple million credits. When I went exploring the bad guys are way more difficult than when I went exploring at the beginning.

So what gives? Does the game look at how much money I have? My best ship? is there any way to step it back?

As far as I know, the enemies become more powerful as the player gains more money.

So, If I buy a good ship and then blow all my cash, I'll be one heck of a fighter?

Not sure if the enemies' skill goes down when you lose money, but theoretically, yes.
