docking on planets need advice
I have a simple problem I'm new to this game and whenever I try to land on a planet my ship seems to almost completly stop just 10k before it can land it takes about 2 minutes before it get's troough that little bit. Is there any way to get this to happen faster?

Hi and welcome
There are at least 3 things you can do to speed up your landing approach:
1: Even after the autopilot disengages, you can tap "a" repeatedly to get short spec bursts; they'll be shorter the closer you get, but they still help. Stop doing that when you see that the multiplier under your current velocity remains at 1.
2: Press y to switch to travel mode, allowing a much higher top speed. It's a toggle, press it again to revert to combat mode.
3: A real game changer, but it takes some money: upgrade your ship by adding an Overdrive; the agility gain will do you good in combat, in landing manoeuvres, and it will make overloaded cargo runs much more bearable.
