Post by loki1950 »

Code: Select all

<bind key="1" modifier="alt" command="SaveTarget1" />
 		<bind key="2" modifier="alt" command="SaveTarget2" />
 		<bind key="3" modifier="alt" command="SaveTarget3" />
 		<bind key="4" modifier="alt" command="SaveTarget4" />
 		<bind key="5" modifier="alt" command="SaveTarget5" />
 		<bind key="6" modifier="alt" command="SaveTarget6" />
 		<bind key="7" modifier="alt" command="SaveTarget7" />
 		<bind key="8" modifier="alt" command="SaveTarget8" />
 		<bind key="9" modifier="alt" command="SaveTarget9" />
 		<bind key="0" modifier="alt" command="SaveTarget10" />

 		<bind key="1" modifier="ctrl" command="RestoreTarget1" />
 		<bind key="2" modifier="ctrl" command="RestoreTarget2" />
 		<bind key="3" modifier="ctrl" command="RestoreTarget3" />
 		<bind key="4" modifier="ctrl" command="RestoreTarget4" />
 		<bind key="5" modifier="ctrl" command="RestoreTarget5" />
 		<bind key="6" modifier="ctrl" command="RestoreTarget6" />
 		<bind key="7" modifier="ctrl" command="RestoreTarget7" />
 		<bind key="8" modifier="ctrl" command="RestoreTarget8" />
 		<bind key="9" modifier="ctrl" command="RestoreTarget9" />
 		<bind key="0" modifier="ctrl" command="RestoreTarget10" />
well they work alt+Num to save and ctrl+num to restore
should be handy for multi target missions tag them so you can find them after the s**t hits the fan :wink: these bindings are available in 0.4.3 as well as SVN.have fun 8)

Enjoy the Choice :)

When I go stuff like that, I go past many things like that, probably scrolling too fast to even notice. :S

the manual _is_ a wiki ... ;-)

If anyone wants to add useful information like this to the manual, they should feel welcome to do so. If one feels unsure about the addition, post something in the contributor-help section, and flag down someone to review the additions.

I didn't exactly know what you mean with 'the manual _is_ a wiki ... '
Has this something to do with Wikipedia and is meant so, that I would have the might to insert it by myself. If so you're welcome :P ( good jk)
Otherwise please explain. (I'm german lol)

:shock: I havent seen your last sentence before. Am I blind or did you edit :?:

Anyway, I'm a bit new here, but if I know how to do, you can build on me :!:

you should be able to log into the VS wiki with your forum ID and PW

http://vegastrike.sourceforge.net/wiki/Manual

is the Manual for VS. It is stored in part of the wiki, and can therefore be edited, provided you are logged in.

Please let us know if any part of this process doesn't work.

I was locked in, followed the link then appendix-> keyboard layout and have no idea how to edit anything.
I'll try further on, when I'm home. (I'm at work :( )
I'll come back to you.

Ok :!: I've done it. I inserted this for the US and German keyboard.
But somebody has to rework it, because I didn't know how to describe CTRL and ALT keys :cry:

I didn't feel realy comfortable to insert something somebody else posted before :oops:

But loki will forgive it, it's for a good reason :lol:

And I got a shakin' in my boots not to destroy something :shock:

What an adventure :roll:

PS : found the 'Alt' + 'Ctrl' 8)
