How do I join the Confederation and how do I get in the Restricted areas?

sorry Du Toit but we can't join factions yet but it is on the things to do list there has been some debate on how it should work.

There's nothing in the restricted area.

That's the big secret the Confeds are trying to conceal- there is no secret. Sneaky, eh?
