Translations on the VSWiki

I have created a new article on the VSWiki to provide information about individual translation projects, serving a similar purpose to the MODs directory.
The new page is at Development:Translations.
Please check over the information, I am not 100% of factual accuracy and there are plenty of missing data.
Also, if your translation project is not listed, please list yourself!
