Hi,
I downloaded the vegatrek files version 0.3.0 as well as the 0.3.2 patch and merged them. While playing around a bit with the game I noticed that all ships seem to be ignoring their weapon's range. They are firing their beam weapons though they are still significantly out of range.
I'm wondering if this could be due to the fact that I'm using a vegastrike executable built from svn head (Engine-0.4.3.tar.bz2 didn't compile on my box and the supplied executable doesn't run due to missing library dependencies) or if this is a known bug specific to vegatrek regardless of which version of the executable is used.
