Can anybody suggest something against this:
1. Federation.
Strong shields, weak phasers, strong torpedoes. Medium impulse speeds ( overall ).
2. Klingon Empire
Weak shields, strong disruptors/beams, weak torpedoes. Low impulse speeds
3. Romulan Empire.
Medium shields. Between Federation and Klingon Empire.
Medium beam weapons. Extremely strong disruptor weapons ( only few ships have those D'Deridex, Valdore, Scimitar, Aeh'lla )
Extremely strong torpedoes. High impulse speeds.
Anyhow Klingon Disruptors should beat all Romulan advantages. Federation should rely on shields and torpedoes.
And Romulans should rely on speed and special weapons.
Races overview.

Feds:Great technologicly, meaning sensors, weapons, pretty much everthing. So, most accurate longest range but not the most powerfull phasers. Average torpedo, but Quantum torpedo atleast tied for best. Shielding dependant on engine power output and ship, Atleast among the best. Speed would be good, varies by ship. Armor below average exccept for ablative armor on newer ships. Not as maneuverable as most ships. More complex so cost are higher.
Klingons:Cloaking, though not as good as romulans. Average shields, good armor, highly maneuverable, fast, more robust, simpler designs.
Good weapons, though not as presice or long ranged. Below average torpedos, but faster reload. Poleron torpedo for newer ships which can pass through shields.
Romulans:Best cloaking. Heavy plasma torpedos doing most damage, but shorter range and long reload. Medium and light plasma doing less damage but faster reload than heavy plasma. Average maneuvering and speed. Mix of high tech high cost ships and simpler designs. Comparable shielding to Feds, but usually relatively fragile hulls. Comparable beam weapons, and strong disruptors.
Cardassians:Slightly behind the curve, but adaptable, and usually fight in pairs. Less costly to build. Usually quicker with less firpower and defence than comparable vessels.
Dominion:Poleron beam able to pass through early shields. Not sure how this could be done tho. More firepower per vessel. On par in most areas with major races.
Pirates:Hodge podge of ships ranging from ancient designs to a few high tech ships. Generally not equiped to deal with military ships but could be dangerous in packs.
Firengi:Able to hold their own against most comparable sized ships. Long enough to get away. Mostly merchants tho, but have been known to take advantage of weakened ships.
Just my opinion of course

Do you know something else about Ferengi ships?

Description from generations at war, Ferengi Marauder
Class: Heavy Cruiser (CA)
The Ferengi call this vessel the D'Kora-class and it is the most common vessel in operation with the Merchant Fleet today. The design is extremely modular, allowing daimons to customize their vessels to suit their purposes. Combat-oriented marauders can typically stand up against a Galaxy-class starship for a short period of time. Even though the 34th Rule of Acquisition states "War is good for business," most marauders tend to be outfitted lightly for more cargo room to earn more profit from trade.
