What Folders Do I Put The ST Mod Into?

I am pretty computer unsavy. Where do I exactly extract the ST Mode files to? It isn't working when I just simply sent it to Vega Strike folder so I am guessing I will need to extract it to an exact folder of some sort. Any other details would be great and good explanations would be appreciated.

Also there is two downloads for the ST mod, one is just the mod the other is damage. Do I need both and also where would I put damage at?

And how is the mod coming along... there really has not been any thing recent besides in the sticky thread. I love Star Trek and this excites me once I can start playing.

Edit: I got it working now, just not the way I thought I would. Seems a bit slow though, especially on that borg map. Then again you have like 10 vessels vs the borg.
