I have downloaded vega trek. Questions
Do i need Vega strike to play
I am stuck with an akira class and I cant purchase anything when i dock.

You're working with an ancient ancient version of Vega Trek. Even though it IS the latest version released... it is still old and busted. It isn't much fun, so don't worry about it too much because we will be making a release hopefully within the next month. I've said that before, I think, but this time it is for real. I think.

I hope to make a mac version available as well.
