Strange bug

OK. I start a new game.

My relations are at -100 with the merchants.

Ummm?

Shoot some pirates. Killing pirates earns respect from everybody but Retros. And pirates, of course.

Well, that's the thing. Kitty Insys is at 50.

Merchants are at -100.

Everybody else (inc Retros, Pirates, Kilrathi) is at 0.

Here's something to try, though it's kinda extreme...

Fire up the game, start a new game, and quit.
Go into the .privateer100 folder, and delete everything in the save and serialized_xml folders.
Fire up the game again. Relations should be reset along with everything else.
